Les animaux : exercices progressifs pour fixer le vocabulaire des animaux de compagnie, de la ferme et sauvages. Commence par les associations, puis passe aux phrases et finis par décrire ton animal préféré.

Exercice 1 : Associe le mot et sa traduction

Relie chaque mot anglais à sa traduction française parmi : un lapin, un renard, une chèvre, un hérisson, un cochon d’Inde, une baleine, un écureuil, un hibou.

Exercice 2 : Pet, farm animal ou wild animal ?

Classe chaque animal dans la bonne catégorie : pet, farm animal ou wild animal.

  3. a zebra
  4. a hamster
  5. a donkey
  6. a kangaroo
  7. a hen
  8. a budgie
Exercice 3 : Qui fait ce cri ?

Écris le nom de l’animal qui pousse chaque cri : cow, duck, sheep, dog, horse, pig.

  4. Baa!
  5. Oink oink!
  6. Neigh!
Exercice 4 : A ou an ?

Complète avec a ou an.

  1. ___ elephant

Exercice 5 : Lis le tableau et complète avec can ou can’t

Observe le tableau, puis complète chaque phrase avec can ou can’t.

Exercice 6 : Remets les mots dans l’ordre

Écris la phrase correcte.

  6. favourite / my / is / animal / the / fox / .
Exercice 7 : Corrige l’erreur

Chaque phrase contient une erreur. Recopie-la correctement.

  1. A owl can fly.
  2. I have got three mouses.
  3. A dolphin cans swim.
  4. It’s a grey big elephant.
  5. There are five sheeps on the farm.
  6. A tortoise can to walk.
Exercice 8 : Traduis en anglais
  1. un chiot et un chaton
  2. Le cheval sait sauter.
  3. Un poisson ne sait pas courir.
  4. C’est un petit renard orange.
  5. Mon animal de compagnie préféré est le lapin.
  6. Il y a deux vaches et un âne.
Exercice 9 : Traduis en français
  1. A squirrel can climb trees.
  2. The kiwi is a bird, but it can’t fly.
  3. Look at the cute puppy!
  4. Zebras are black and white.
  5. A shark is a dangerous animal.
  6. My grandad has got a goat and three hens.
Exercice 10 : Comprendre un texte

Lis le texte puis réponds True ou False.

Hi! I’m Emily and I live on a farm in Wales. On our farm, there are a lot of sheep, four cows, two horses and a donkey called Barney. Barney is grey and very funny. My brother has got a pet rabbit, Snowy. It’s small and white. At night, I can hear an owl in the big tree. Sometimes a fox comes near the hens, so our dog Bess barks: woof woof!

  1. Emily lives in a town.
  2. There are four cows on the farm.
  3. The donkey is brown.
  4. Snowy is a rabbit.
  5. Emily can hear an owl at night.
  6. The dog’s name is Barney.
Exercice 11 : Décris ton animal préféré

Écris cinq phrases en anglais sur ton animal préféré en suivant ce plan.

  1. Donne son nom : My favourite animal is…
  2. Dis s’il est domestique, de la ferme ou sauvage.
  3. Décris sa taille et sa couleur avec It’s…
  4. Dis une chose qu’il sait faire avec can.
  5. Dis une chose qu’il ne sait pas faire avec can’t.
