Exemple de réponse :
Today many young adults belong to Generation Rent: house prices are far higher than they used to be, and a large part of their salary goes on rent, so they cannot save for a deposit. Helping them to get a mortgage would give them more stability and allow them to start a family. On the other hand, government help can push prices even higher, and it is unfair for tenants who will never be able to afford a house anyway. In my opinion, the best solution is to build more affordable housing, because it helps everyone, not only those who are already close to buying.
