Exercice 1 : Choix de la forme (4 points)

Choisir la forme la plus appropriée parmi les propositions.

  1. Look at those black clouds! It (will rain / is going to rain).
  2. Don’t worry, I (will help / am helping) you carry the boxes.
  3. We (are meeting / will meet) Jack at six tomorrow: we’ve booked a table.
  4. The train (leaves / is leaving) at 7.45 tomorrow morning according to the timetable.
  5. I think she (will win / is winning) the competition.
  6. By next June, they (will have finished / will finish) the building work.
  7. This time next week, I (will lie / will have lain) on a beach.
  8. I (am going to / will) study medicine: I’ve made up my mind.
Exercice 2 : Conjugaison (3 points)

Compléter chaque phrase avec le verbe entre parenthèses, au temps qui convient.

  1. When she (arrive), we will start the meeting.
  2. I’ll call you as soon as I (hear) the news.
  3. If it (not / stop) raining, we’ll stay at home.
  4. By 2030, scientists (find) a cure for this disease.
  5. Next week at this time, we (fly) over the Atlantic.
  6. He promised he (come) back before Christmas.
Exercice 3 : Futur dans le passé (3 points)

Transformer chaque phrase en la rapportant au passé, après He said that.

  1. I will phone you tomorrow.
  2. We are going to move to Dublin.
  3. The shop will be closed on Sunday.
  4. I’ll have finished by then.
  5. It will rain all week.
  6. I am leaving on Friday.
Exercice 4 : Lecture d’un programme (4 points)

Lire le document, puis répondre en français aux questions.

School trip to York – information for pupils. The coach leaves the school car park at 6.30 a.m. on Friday. We’ll be visiting the cathedral in the morning and the railway museum after lunch. Pupils are going to work in pairs and will have to take notes for a report. By 5 p.m. everyone will have completed a short quiz. We will be back at school at about 8 p.m. If the weather is bad, the guided walk through the old town will be cancelled.

  1. À quelle heure part le car et où ?
  2. Que feront les élèves pendant la visite et que devront-ils rendre ensuite ?
  3. Que se sera-t-il passé à 17 heures ?
  4. Dans quel cas la promenade sera-t-elle annulée ?
Exercice 5 : Traduction (3 points)

Traduire en anglais.

  1. Demain à cette heure-ci, je passerai mon examen.
  2. Dès que tu arriveras, appelle-moi.
  3. Elle a dit qu’elle nous aiderait.
Exercice 6 : Expression écrite (3 points)

Rédiger en 60 à 80 mots un texte qui présente ses projets pour les dix prochaines années. Employer au moins trois formes différentes d’expression du futur.
