Exercice 1 : Verbes à conjuguer (4 points)

Compléter chaque phrase avec le verbe entre parenthèses, au temps qui convient.

1. Look! The children (play) ______ in the garden right now.

2. My uncle (live) ______ in Leeds since 2019.

3. Last summer, we (visit) ______ Edinburgh and Glasgow.

4. Next year, I (be) ______ fifteen, so I (start) ______ driving lessons soon.

5. She usually (not / eat) ______ breakfast before school.

6. Yesterday at 8 p.m., Tom (watch) ______ a documentary.

Exercice 2 : Choisir le bon temps (3 points)

Entourer la forme correcte.

1. I (have lunch / am having lunch / had lunch) with my cousin at the moment.

2. They (have won / won / win) the match last Saturday.

3. Look at those clouds! It (will rain / is going to rain / rains).

4. How long (do you know / have you known / did you know) Sarah?

5. The train (leaves / is leaving / left) at 6.15 tomorrow morning.

6. I (lost / have lost / was losing) my keys, so I can’t open the door.

Exercice 3 : Transformations (3 points)

Transformer chaque phrase selon l’indication entre crochets.

1. He plays the guitar every evening. [forme interrogative]

2. We went to the cinema on Friday. [forme négative]

3. She has finished her homework. [question sur le sujet : Who …?]

4. They are going to move to Canada. [forme négative]

5. You watched the news last night. [question avec When]

6. It rains a lot in Wales. [question avec How often]

Exercice 4 : Compréhension d’un message (4 points)

Lire le message puis répondre en anglais aux questions, par des phrases complètes.

Hi Nora! I’m writing from Brighton, where I’ve been since Monday. Yesterday we walked along the beach and had fish and chips. The weather has been great so far, but the forecast says it will be cold tomorrow. We’re taking the train to London on Sunday because Dad is going to take us to a museum. I’ve never been to the capital before, so I can’t wait! See you soon, Jess

1. Where is Jess now?

2. What did she eat yesterday?

3. How is the weather at the moment, according to Jess?

4. Why is she excited about Sunday?

Exercice 5 : Traduction (3 points)

Traduire en anglais.

1. Mes parents travaillent à Londres depuis dix ans.

2. Hier soir, nous avons regardé un film pendant que mon frère dormait.

3. Demain, il va faire beau, donc nous irons à la plage.

Exercice 6 : Expression écrite (3 points)

Écrire un court paragraphe de 50 à 60 mots sur le sujet suivant : « My weekend: what I did last weekend, what I am doing now, and what I will do next weekend ».

Le paragraphe doit employer au moins un temps du passé, un temps du présent et une forme de futur.
