Correction de l’exercice 9 : document, la liste sur le frigo
  1. Par exemple : She enjoys baking cakes and swimming in the lake.
  2. Because they follow “enjoy”, and they are activities she already does and likes.
  3. Because they follow “want to”: they are plans for the future, actions she has not done yet.
  4. She wants to stop spending so much time on her phone.
  5. Par exemple : She can’t stand waking up early at weekends.
  6. Lily has decided to learn to play the ukulele.

  1. Je ne peux pas m’empêcher de rire quand il danse.

Comment progresser après ce corrigé

Faites-vous deux fiches : une colonne « V-ing » et une colonne « to », avec une phrase personnelle pour chaque verbe. Relisez-les à voix haute pendant une semaine. Pour les verbes qui changent de sens, mémorisez une seule paire par verbe, comme I remember meeting her / Remember to call her, et vérifiez-la avec le schéma de la ligne du temps.
