Exercice 1 : Mise au passif (4 points)Réécrire chaque phrase à la voix passive, sans mentionner l’agent lorsqu’il est inutile.
- Someone stole my bike last night.
- They are building a new bridge in the city.
- The teacher has corrected all the tests.
- People will remember her for her courage.
- The chef was preparing the dessert.
- Nobody has ever beaten this record.
- They must finish the report by Friday.
- A famous architect designed the museum.
Choisir la forme correcte parmi les deux propositions.
- The window (was broken / has broken) by the storm.
- English (speaks / is spoken) all over the world.
- The new law (is being discussed / is discussing) at the moment.
- The letters (had been / have been being) sent before I arrived.
- She (was given / gave) a prize for her essay.
- The car (needs / is needing) to be repaired.
Réécrire chaque phrase avec have ou get, pour exprimer que l’action est faite par quelqu’un d’autre.

The old market hall in Bridgetown was built in 1890 and has been used by local sellers ever since. Last year, it was damaged by a fire, and the roof had to be replaced. The council has had the walls cleaned and new lights are being installed this month. The hall will be reopened in June, and a festival will be held to celebrate.
