My favourite English accent is the Scottish accent. I first heard it in a film about the Highlands. I love the way Scottish people roll their r’s, and the word loch sounds really strange and funny. When I listen to them, I feel like I’m in an adventure film! I enjoy watching Scottish channels on the internet. Understanding many accents is useful because English is spoken all over the world: one day I might travel, study or get a job abroad.
